Dr. Jack founded Flatirons Primary Care & Sports Medicine in 2007. After receiving a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Colorado at Denver, Dr. Jack attended four years of medical school at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, during which he did a year of clerkships in the Cleveland Clinic Health System. He then went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Family Medicine, both at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Prior to Flatirons, Dr. Jack practiced in the ambulatory setting as a Family Physician and an Urgent Care Physician. |

Stanley K. Jack, D.O. |
|
Beth attended St. Louis University in Missouri, where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology prior to relocating to Chicago, IL where she completed her M.S. in the Physician Assistant Program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. During her schooling, she also worked as a Nurse’s Aid and a Phlebotomist.
After graduation, Beth worked at a busy suburban family practice with an emphasis on Pediatrics and Women’s Health. In 2009, she moved to Denver, CO to continue her career in Family Medicine at Flatirons.
